E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon (750Ml)

If you’ve heard of the Buffalo Trace name, chances are you’ve heard of its other brand, E.H. Taylor. The bottle you see here is Straight Kentucky Bourbon Whiskey, a true sipping whiskey with balance, depth, and character.

You may have seen that “Bottled in Bond” statement on the bottle. What that means is that E.H. Taylor’s Small Batch Bourbon has been produced by one distiller at one distillery, all within a single season. It also guarantees that it has been aged for a minimum of four years. B.I.B. bottles are also guaranteed to be bottled at exactly 100 proof (50% ABV).

Small batch? Yes. As a Small Batch Bourbon, only a few selected barrels are chosen to give it its sweetness, body, and oaky structure. But what does that all mean for you? It’s all in the taste.

Tasting notes include caramel corn sweetness mingled with butterscotch and licorice. The aftertaste has a gentle kick, think black pepper and tobacco. The aroma is also inviting. You get warm caramel and layers of vanilla in there with oak, spice, and a hit of apple.

E.H. Taylor Small Batch Bourbon has received over ninety awards. Its most recent achievements include a Double Gold in 2024 from Whiskies of the World. They also got a gold from the American Whiskey Masters, North American Bourbon and Whiskey Competition, and Singapore World Spirits Competition - all in 2024!
