Here, only the last terracotta tile was damaged under the second chimney. It was very important to change it in the shortest delay or else all the other tiles under would be quickly damaged for sure. When other tiles are to be replaced, the cost for the labor is 10 times higher because the chimney needs to be redone entirely. This tile has been crumbled due to the humidity in the chimney, since it has been condemned with a proper way to evacuate the humidity.
